Mr. Saint-Exupery, an avid aviator and author of The Little Prince , had it right. It is hard to get anything done when people are not speaking the same language.
In e-Discovery, the lexicon is extremely important. Attorneys and their legal support staff, IT pros, and any third-party vendors have to understand each other to get the job done right.
