Project Management

Altep prides itself on having the most experienced and efficient project management team in litigation support today. Active
participation and regular communication between Altep and the client ensures that the work product and deliverables will meet expectations. Toward that end, Altep project analysts and coordinators will oversee your project and data throughout the project life cycle, and will attend all project meetings and teleconferences as needed. Project status reports are typically sent to the client weekly; however, customized project reports can be established according to any client’s reporting needs.

In addition to great communication, comprehensive project planning meetings are critical to the success of any project. Altep’s project analysts and coordinators are well-versed in conducting such meetings,documenting outcomes, and communicating your expectations to our internal stakeholders. Altep uses a custom project specification sheet designed to assist in the initial planning phase of a project. This checklist clearly identifies information needed prior to beginning a project, and helps to ensure that all aspects of the project inputs and deliverables are captured.

Training

Altep provides training in each of the document review platforms that we offer. Our corporate training group can provide instruction in Inspicio™, Altep’s custom-developed universal review platform, as well as in iCONECT™ and FYI Reviewer™. Training can be arranged at the client’s location, at our offices, or via webinar, to allow multiple users to be trained quickly and efficiently. Phone training is also available on request.
