Inspicio® To Do Manager
Inspicio® provides Review Supervisors with the easy-to-use To Do List Manager. This real-time dashboard displays the total number of documents in each list, and allows the supervisor to add and remove reviewers from lists, browse the documents that are included in the list, and monitor both overall progress and the activities of individual reviewers. When creating To Do Lists, supervisors can choose between Inspicio®'s shared list approach and the innovative new Reservation System. If a To Do list is shared, all of the assigned reviewers work on a common "pool" of documents, which are distributed on a first come, first served basis. If an attorney is given a document with attachments, the attachments are automatically assigned - instead of getting the next available document, the attorney will receive the next available attachment. If the supervisor opts to use the Reservation System, he or she can specify the number of documents each assigned reviewer should receive. If the assigned documents have attachments, these will automatically be included in the reviewers' reservations.
