Andy Reid is a seasoned Forensic Investigator, with broad and deep experience in the private sector as a Controller and Operations Manager, as well as signifi cant expertise and a long track record of success in digital forensics, information security, and compliance. Andy has assisted in complex investigations in various offi ces of the Canadian public service, working with law enforcement and government agents to provide complete, correct analysis of incidents and issues.

Before receiving a BS in Digital Forensic Science, Daniel was a Data Network Specialist in the United States Marine Corp. In his role as a Computer Forensic Examiner with Altep, Daniel assists the team with collection, analysis and reporting in complex investigations. Daniel is a member of Infraguard.

Having served as a leader of forensic investigative teams for a number of high-profile organizations, including the United States Army Counterintelligence group and the Georgia Bureau of Investigation, David Benton is a Director of Altep’s Digital Forensics division, assisting clients throughout the Southern US and abroad.

Director of Secure Cyber Services, Associate General Counsel

David Grant is the Director of Altep’s Secure Cyber Services. In that role, David directs the company’s provision of secure cyber services that include Information System Security Analysis, Penetration Testing, Data Incident Investigations/Notifications, Data Destruction and Data De-identification.

David Grant is a lawyer and Certified Information Privacy Professional/US. As a privacy professional, David provides guidance in regard to the proper collection, maintenance and disposal of PII and PHI. He has managed the international transfer of data in accordance with the US-EU Safe Harbor Provisions and has ensured compliance with applicable privacy standards for both US and European entities. David is a former prosecutor, criminal investigator and civil trial attorney.

Hunter’s background in both law and technology provides clients dual insight into complex investigative and discovery matters, often surrounding ESI. Hunter acts as a 30(b)(6) witness and as an eDiscovery liaison for clients, advising on all stages of the EDRM in effort to increase defensibility, efficiency, and reasonability of the eDiscovery process.

With a Masters in Data Forensics Management, Timothy holds a variety of certifications including EnCE, CCE the DFCP. He has assisted in complex investigations in both the public and private sectors, working with government agencies, Fortune 100 corporations and AM Law 100 firms to provide complete, correct analysis of incidents and issues from theft of data, to breach and egress issues.

A former law enforcement officer, investigator and author Warren G. Kruse II is a leader in the cyber security community. Warren is a co-author of Computer Forensics: Incident Response Essentials and has been involved in a diverse range of cyber security matters, including theft of trade secrets and intellectual property, Wikileaks investigations, misappropriation of intellectual property, employment disputes and fraud investigations, among others.
