At Altep, our primary goal is to ensure that every client enjoys outstanding customer service and support.
Customer support for clients using our Review Platforms and/or working with us on Discovery Projects is available Monday through Friday, between 6 am and 10 pm Mountain Time. For support, click the request support button below.
If you’re in need of after hours support, we’ll be there - simply contact your Project Manager to make arrangements for “on-call” service.

Altep also offers interactive, onscreen support via our Application Support Portal. This option allows our support staff to troubleshoot applications on your computer in a remote desktop session, and is often used in conjunction with telephone support.

Once the page has loaded successfully, you should see the “Altep Application Support Portal.” (If not, please contact your firm’s IT group to confirm that your firewall is not blocking the site.)
From the “Your Issue” pull-down menu, please select “01 Inspicio Support” or “02 Relativity Support” or whichever is applicable.
Fill in your name and company, and click the Submit button.
The session will begin once you are in the queue - the Support Specialist will initiate an online chat to begin troubleshooting the issue or problem.
